Return Window:

Our refund policy lasts 30 days.

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

 

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds:

To be eligible for a return or refund:

  • Your item must be unused

  • It must be in the same condition that you received it

  • It must be in the original packaging

  • Receipt or proof of purchase is required

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

Non-Returnable Items:

Due to safety and regulatory standards, the following cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used pool and spa chemicals

  • Hazardous materials

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Customized or special-order products

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery.

We will replace the item at no extra cost or provide a full refund.

 

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial.

 

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges:

If you need a different item, please contact us to arrange an exchange.

Exchanges are subject to the same 30-day return window.

  • Photos (if damaged or incorrect)
